We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Senior Manager – Performance Marketing to lead our digital and performance marketing initiatives across residential real estate projects. This role will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing ROI-driven campaigns, driving qualified leads, optimizing marketing spends, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve ambitious business targets.
Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies for multiple real estate projects.
Plan, launch, monitor, and continuously optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, programmatic platforms, and affiliate networks.
Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality leads, optimal CPLs, and strong lead-to-sale conversion ratios.
Track and analyze key performance indicators such as CPL, CTR, CPM, conversion rates, and overall ROI.
Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Salesforce to measure performance and generate actionable insights.
Conduct A/B testing, landing page optimization, and remarketing campaigns to enhance results.
Manage substantial digital marketing budgets with end-to-end accountability for ROI.
Evaluate, onboard, and oversee digital agencies and technology partners.
Align marketing spends with project sales objectives and overall business goals.
Work closely with the Sales team to ensure marketing campaigns align with lead and business requirements.
Collaborate with creative/design teams for impactful ad creatives, landing pages, and content assets.
Partner with Business Development and Product teams for go-to-market strategy execution.
Stay ahead of emerging trends, tools, and best practices in digital and performance marketing, particularly in the real estate sector.
Conduct competitive benchmarking and share insights to strengthen marketing effectiveness.
5–8 years of proven experience in performance marketing, ideally within the real estate industry.
Strong command over Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, SEO/SEM, programmatic advertising, and marketing automation tools.
Demonstrated ability to manage large digital budgets and deliver ROI-positive outcomes.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication, leadership, and vendor management skills.
Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce will be an added advantage.
Graduate or MBA in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Professional certifications such as Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or Google Analytics are preferred.
