Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager (ASM)

The Assistant Sales Manager – Sourcing is responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing channel partners and brokers to generate qualified leads for residential and commercial real estate projects. This role focuses on building strong broker relationships, executing sourcing campaigns, and ensuring a continuous pipeline of prospects to meet sales targets.
Identify and onboard new channel partners including brokers, agents, and other real estate professionals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to drive lead flow and achieve sales targets.
Provide detailed product knowledge and training to channel partners for effective promotion of our real estate offerings.
Work with internal teams to design marketing strategies that enhance partner engagement and sales performance.
Collaborate with channel partners to generate high-quality leads for ongoing projects.
Ensure timely follow-up and coordination with the sales team for site visits and deal closures.
Monitor the quality of leads and share feedback with partners to enhance lead effectiveness.
Maintain and share regular reports on lead generation, partner performance, and market insights.
Gather feedback from partners and clients to refine sales strategies and improve product offerings.
Keep updated on competitive projects, broker movements, and market developments to identify sourcing opportunities.
Organize and participate in property expos, broker meets, and channel partner engagement events.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and partner-focused campaigns.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities
Sound knowledge of local real estate markets and broker ecosystems
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Target-driven with a strong focus on lead generation and conversion
Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred
1–3 years of experience in real estate sourcing or channel sales
Familiarity with both residential and commercial real estate segments
Number of active and productive channel partners onboarded
Volume and quality of leads sourced through partners
Conversion rate of partner-sourced leads into closed deals
Timeliness and accuracy of reporting and documentation
Feedback scores from partners and internal sales stakeholders
