Job Title: MIS & Data Analysis

Job Summary:

The Senior Manager – MIS & Data Analysis will be responsible for leading the organization’s Management Information Systems (MIS) function and driving data-based decision-making. This role involves developing and managing automated reporting frameworks, analysing business performance metrics, and providing actionable insights to senior management for strategic and operational excellence.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. MIS Reporting & Dashboard Management

• Develop, maintain, and automate MIS reports and dashboards (daily, weekly, monthly) covering sales, collections, finance, and operational KPIs.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of all reports shared with leadership.
• Design and implement dynamic dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Consolidate data from multiple systems (ERP, CRM, Microsoft Central, etc.) for unified reporting.

2. Business Performance Analysis

• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify business trends, opportunities, and risk areas.
• Prepare variance analysis (actual vs. budget vs. forecast) for key business metrics.
• Knowledge of preparing ROI Report (Return on Investment) on organization level.
• Support management in annual business planning and forecasting with data-driven insights.
• Deliver monthly performance incentives and initiating in month close and month start activities.

3. Process Automation & System Enhancement

• Streamline and automate manual reporting processes using advanced Excel, VBA, or BI tools.
• Collaborate with IT/ERP teams to enhance data flow, integration, and accessibility.
• Ensure data governance, quality, and security across reporting systems.

4. Stakeholder Management

• Liaise with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Marketing teams to understand data needs and deliver customized analytical solutions.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for data-led decision making.
• Train and guide junior analysts and MIS executives on reporting tools and data interpretation.

5. Strategic & Decision Support

• Support leadership with ad-hoc analysis for strategic initiatives, pricing, and market performance.
• Develop models for sales forecasting, cost analysis, and ROI measurement.
• Track key strategic KPIs and provide scenario-based decision support.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Expertise in Advanced Excel, Power Query, VBA, Power BI/Tableau, and SQL.
• Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems (Microsoft Central, Salesforce, etc.).
• Strong understanding of business performance metrics and financial data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education:
• Experience: 8–12 years of experience in MIS, Business Analytics, or FP&A roles.
• Preferred Industry: Real Estate or any data-intensive business.
