Designation: ASM Department: Syndicate Reports to: Manager Objective of the Role:
The Sourcing Manager is responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing channel partners and brokers to generate qualified leads for residential and commercial real estate projects. This role involves building strong relationships within the broker network, organizing sourcing campaigns, and ensuring a steady pipeline of prospects to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Channel Partner Onboarding & Management
•
Identify and onboard new channel partners, including brokers, agents, and real estate professionals
•
Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to drive sales and achieve targets
•
Provide comprehensive product knowledge to channel partners, ensuring they are equipped to effectively promote our real estate offerings
•
Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies and campaigns that support the growth of the channel partner network
Lead Generation & Conversion Support
•
Collaborate with channel partners to generate qualified leads for ongoing projects
•
Ensure timely follow-up on leads and coordinate with the sales team for site visits and closures
•
Monitor lead quality and provide feedback to partners for improvement
Reporting & Market Intelligence
•
Track and report on lead generation metrics, partner performance, and market trends
•
Gather feedback from partners and clients to inform sales strategies and project offerings
•
Stay updated on competitor activities and market developments to identify new sourcing opportunities
Event Coordination & Campaigns
•
Organize and participate in property expos, broker meets, and promotional events
•
Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns targeting channel partners
Skills & Competencies
•
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
•
Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
•
Knowledge of the local real estate market and broker network
•
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
•
Goal-oriented with a focus on lead generation and conversion
Qualifications
•
Bachelor’s degree or master’s Preferred.
•
1–3 years of experience in real estate sourcing or channel sales
•
Familiarity with residential and commercial real estate projects
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
