Raheja Universal Private Limited. pursuant to a special resolution passed at an extra-ordinary general meeting dated March 19. 2003 and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued consequent to the name change on March 28, 2003. The change in name was to create a distinct Raheja brand Subsequently. the name of our Company was further changed to Raheja Universal Private Limited. Pursuant to a special resolution passed at an extra-ordinary general meeting dated September 11. 2009. A fresh certificate of incorporation, consequent upon name change, was granted to our Company on September 25. 2009 by the ROC. The change in name was to further distinguish our Company from the other K Raheja Brands Again, the name of our Company has changed to Raheja Universal Limited. Upon conversion to a Public Limited Company. Pursuant to a special resolution passed at an extra-ordinary general meeting dated Jan 7, 2010. A fresh certificate of incorporation. Consequent upon name change. was granted to our Company on Jan 25. 2010 by the ROC The name of our Company has now been changed to Raheja Universal (Pvt.) Limited. upon conversion to a Private Limited Company. pursuant to a special resolution passed at an extra-ordinary general meeting dated 26th July. 2012. A fresh certificate of incorporation. consequent upon name change, was granted to our Company on 09th August, 2012 by the ROC.
