The Company was acquired as a going concern by the JATIA group in the year 1987. The Company became a Public Limited Company pursuant to a Resolution passed in the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on 21st March, 1994. The Company entered the Capital market with its maiden public issue in the year 1995.
