Role Overview
We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Legal to manage and support our legal
operations, agreement review and drafting, compliance, and litigation matters while working
closely with internal stakeholders to safeguard business interests.
Key Responsibilities
 Manage day to day litigation and legal recovery matters, drafting legal documents,
notices, and replies.
 Handling legal compliance, labour disputes and regulatory matters.
 Managing litigation and coordinating with external counsels.
 Advising internal teams on legal risks and issues
 Preparing legal reports and updates for management
Eligibility & Skills
 1–3 years post-qualification experience in a corporate legal team or law firm
(Mumbai-based)
 Strong experience in contract drafting, legal advisory, and compliance
 Good knowledge of real estate laws and/or civil laws
 Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
 Qualification: BA LL.B / LL.B / LL.M
