Qualification- Bachelors in Accounting or Finance/MBA/Chartered Accountant.
About Role:
Looking for a highly motivated and experienced Financial Controller to join our growing firm.
You will be responsible to undertake all aspects of financial management, including
corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, financial operations, budget and
forecasts preparation, financial risk management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all
applicable regulations as well as development of internal control policies and procedures.
Should have handled a Company of more than 1000 Crores size.
Responsibilities:
Manage all day-to-day accounting and finance operations; manage team and provide
direction and oversight for all accounting functions
Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and
cash flow statements
Develop and maintain a comprehensive system of internal controls to ensure the integrity of
financial data
Manage all aspects of cash flow, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and
payroll
Oversee and direct the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and
adherence to financial goals
Ensure all financial records are accurate and updated in a timely manner
Liaise with external auditors and ensure compliance with all financial reporting requirements
Analyze financial data and provide insightful reports to inform business decisions.
Stay current on all relevant accounting standards and regulations
Manage and maintain relationships with financial institutions and investors
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance/Chartered Accountant required
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a financial controller or similar role.
Proven experience in the real estate industry preferred.
Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead teams as well as work independently
Proficiency in financial software, including accounting software and spreadsheets.
