Best five safest areas in Noida to buy a house

Noida is regarded as one of India’s best liveable cities. Spite of the increasing IT industry, well-known institutions, and organizations, many homeowners are concerned about their safety.

As a result, we have compiled and shortlisted five safest Noida neighbourhoods for home buyers.

Sector-37, located on Captain Vijayant Thapar Marg in Noida, is the most well residential neighbourhood. Almost half of the housing inventory in the area is 3 BHK homes starting at Rs 1 crore, and the neighbourhood is brimming with readily available inventory.  It has “well-lit roads,” “regular police patrolling,” and “seamless integration through Golf Course metro station and cabs” help us feel comfortable to reside there. Stores are within easy reach, allowing for easy convenience to everyday needs.” Furthermore, the majority of Sector-37’s residents are former Army personnel, adding to the area’s notoriety.

However people continue to be concerned about unlawful traffic and parking, upcoming planned expansion of the Dadri-Surajpur-Chhalera (DSC) Road is likely to alleviate the problem.

Sector-78, which is situated in Central Noida, is one of the Noida Master Plan 2031’s residential real estate cluster. Although most communities in this area have on-site facilities, there are multiple institutions, ATMs, clinics, and supermarkets within walking distance that add to members’ leisure. The “crime rate in Sector-78 is minimal,” according to many reports. Such safe environment is also created by “consistent electricity supply,” “thriving marketplaces,” and “working-class denizens.” Maybe, this is why many young professionals working in commercial centres along the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway (which is only 15 minutes away) like the neighbourhood. Sector -78 has 2-4 BHK homes with an average property value of Rs 5,900 per sq. ft.

Sector-62, which is located along the National Highway (NH)-24, is a well-established neighbourhood featuring distinct residential, commercial, and educational zones, all of which add towards the housing market. Nearly majority of the complexes are Cooperative Group Housing Societies (CGHS), which provide multi-story 2- and 3-bedroom flats. Because of the abundance of retail outlets, salons, and marketplaces, the area continues to be flooded with youngsters. The opening of the Sector-62 Metro Station on the Blue Line has further improved the area’s livability.

“Well-guarded communities having Surveillance cameras and hassle-free connection to public transportation even after night-time make Sector-62 secure for both families and young novices.  Sector-62 is around five minutes away from the nearest police station.”

Sector-137, which is connected to significant employment centres like Express Trade Tower, Advant Navis Business Park, and Infospace, has a large resale inventory, largely consisting of 2 BHK and 3 BHK properties. This area is indeed secure and cheap for homeowners, with good connections, good social amenities, and housing values of roughly Rs 4,500 per sq ft. Paras Buildtech, Gulshan, and Logix Group are three well-known developers with ongoing construction project in Sector-137. Sector-137 is served by the Noida Metro’s Aqua line. In addition, the neighbourhood boasts “well-maintained roadways” and “reasonably lighted street-lights.” But, online reviewers pointed out that “little police patrolling” and “regular traffic bottlenecks” are two issues that need to be addressed.

Sector-150, right in the middle of Noida, is home to a number of RERA-registered developments by reputable developers, ensuring both financial and residential safety. Having numerous schools, institutions, food outlets, and marketplaces, the micro-market is self-sufficient. The Noida-Greater Noida, FNG, and Yamuna Expressways are all close by. The Aqua Line’s Sector-148 Metro Station is around six kilometers away. In addition, NMRC feeder buses stop at Kondli Khadar Bus Stand.

These business centers Sector-153, Knowledge Park V, and Sector-142 are few notable commercial centers near Sector-150. The neighbourhood is primarily made up of bigger residential styles, with average property values hovering around Rs 5,400 per sq ft.
