One of the notable areas in Mumbai’s northern suburbs is called Dahisar West. They are all within 10 to 20 kilometers of Dahisar. This location offers the BEST buses and auto rickshaws, and Mumbai International Airport is 20 kilometers distant. Many small business owners and junior to middle-stage employees choose to purchase assets on Dahisar West due to its cheap cost location.

Data show that multistory flats make up 82% of residences in Dahisar West. The most common room configuration in this neighborhood is 1 BHK, which accounts for 45% of available properties. In Dahisar West, there are no issues with the delivery of water or energy. However, the main issues faced with the help of people include water logging, inadequate drainage, and garbage dumping. Additionally, the community’s internal roadways need upkeep.
