Another Sabha is the Mylapore Fine Arts, which is located near Nageshwara Rao Park.


Bascon IT Park, Olympia Technology Park, TIDEL Park, Ramanujan IT City, and Ascendas IT Park, all located within 5-10 km of Mylapore, are important IT parks. HP, DELL, Tata Consultancy Services, and Infosys are among the IT and IT/ITes enterprises in these IT parks. The Madras Stock Exchange is 2.5 km away.
