Mumbai’s Greenest Locations: To invest in!

Chembur

Chembur is yet another name on the list of undeveloped areas in Mumbai. Within the region, there are several residential and commercial areas. The most significant colonies in the area include Rahul Nagar, Tata Colony, BPCL, Siddharth Colony, and Yashwant Nagar. Chembur is surrounded by Govandi to the east and Trombay to the south, respectively. North of this community is Ghatkopar. Western neighbors to the region are Sion and BKC. The prestigious business centers of Mumbai are conveniently connected to Chembur. There are offices for significant real estate developers in the city, along with a few high-rise residential developments.

Ghatkopar

While exploring Mumbai’s unexplored areas, don’t forget to visit Ghatkopar. The area is a well-developed residential hotspot located inside the Japanese suburbs of the city. Apartments on many floors are common in the area’s housing centers. The Mumbai Suburban Railway’s Central Line, which is 7 km long, splits the neighborhood into Ghatkopar East and Ghatkopar West. Investors are attracted by the lush vegetation as well as the inexpensive connection from Ghatkopar to all of Mumbai’s key locations. Another benefit is being close to commercial and technological centers. The region is also home to some of the most sought-after residential developments.

Malad

Malad is also one of Mumbai’s most environmentally unfriendly areas. Investors have a choice of both commercial and residential properties in this area. Towering residential flats are a common feature of the neighborhood’s housing centers. This is an expanding neighborhood that is home to renowned educational, medical, and recreational facilities for the city. The majority of the key areas in western Mumbai, such as Kandivali, Andheri, and Goregaon, are close to Malad. There is also a warm assortment of under-production and ready-to-flow residential projects to look at in the region.

Goregaon East

Most of Mumbai’s upscale neighbourhoods are located in Goregaon East. The most significant undeveloped areas of Mumbai are located in this area, which is part of the city’s western suburbs. This region also contains the Aarey forest or Aarey Milk Colony. Currently, this colony has the most barren areas inside the city. The Gokuldham community is a typical undeveloped neighbourhood in Goregaon East. Due to its closeness to other undeveloped areas like Jogeshwari East, Malad East, and Sanjay Gandhi National Park, the area attracts homebuyers. Additionally, several of the largest real estate developers have offices in this neighbourhood. Goregaon East offers real estate investors more opportunities in addition to housing green areas in Mumbai.
