1. Jumeira and Umm Suqeim

The residential neighbourhoods of Jumeirah and Umm Suqeim are located by the sea and are distinguished by peaceful avenues dotted with huge magnificent houses and a plethora of stores and restaurants. Blossom Nursery, Dovecote, and the following schools are available: Jumeirah College, Horizon, GEMS Jumeirah Primary School, Emirates International School (the largest in Umm Suqeim), and JESS (Jumeirah English Speaking School).

There are also two Raffles International campuses in the vicinity. In Jumeirah and Umm Suqeim, there are several healthcare institutions, dentists, and private physicians. Among the nearest hospitals are Emirates Hospital, Medcare Hospital, and Dubai London Specialty Hospital.

2. Downtown

Buildings in Downtown Dubai include both high-rise and low-rise residential apartments. The iconic Burj Khalifa (a city landmark), as well as the Dubai Opera and The Dubai Mall, can be found here. The majority of the structures are of outstanding quality.

Downtown features commercial malls, hotels, and residential buildings with playhouses, grilling areas, gyms, and pools. Saudi German Hospital and Al Zahra Hospital are in Al Barsha 3, just across from the American School of Dubai. The Mall of the Emirates (MOE) is also located in Dubai.

5. Jumeirah Beach Residence

Jumeirah Beach Residence, often known as JBR, is a seaside complex comprised of numerous similar buildings with common pools, green spaces, and recreational amenities.

JBR includes multiple restaurants with outdoor seating and a commercial strip near to the beach, making it a popular residential area. Medcare Medical Center, Lifeline Medical Center JBR, and Emirates Hospital are the nearest healthcare institutions. JBR also has several nurseries, including Monroe, British Orchard Nursery, and Kidville, to mention a few. Bluewaters Island (a man-made island) is being built just across from JBR. This development will include condo towers, hotels, cafes, and entertainment venues.
